Programme 01

Health & Gender Equality

We strengthen community-led systems to improve sexual and reproductive health and end gender-based violence. Through health dialogues, youth-focused SRHR programmes, and local health facility support, we increase access and accountability. We also build survivor-centered SGBV response networks, offering psychosocial support, legal referrals, and community education. Our goal is healthier, safer communities where young women, youths and adolescents lead the way to justice, dignity, and well-being.

  • Community health dialogues and SRHR education
  • Survivor-centered SGBV response networks
  • Youth-friendly health facility support

Over 47,000 individuals have directly benefited from our health and gender equality initiatives — from SRHR access to GBV protection, each beneficiary represents a step toward stronger, safer, more inclusive communities.
We have conducted 541 community outreaches, bringing essential health information and gender equality dialogues directly to the people — creating safe spaces for open discussion on SRHR, rights, and protection.
Partnering with 84 schools, community organizations, and institutions, we build sustainable networks that champion youth empowerment and gender justice.
Through collaboration with 46 health facilities, we improve access to quality, youth-friendly sexual and reproductive health services.

Programme 02

Access to Education

We support vulnerable youth — especially teenage mothers — to return to school and thrive. Our approach includes back-to-school support, life skills and mentorship programmes, school follow-ups, and strong partnerships with education and child protection stakeholders. Through community awareness and learner-centered support, we aim to boost school retention, build confidence, and ensure every child has a fair chance to succeed.

Climate Change Action

We empower communities, especially youth, to lead locally driven, sustainable climate solutions. Through school and institution strategies, tree planting, kitchen gardens, and youth-led green clubs, we promote environmental stewardship and innovation. Our goal is to restore ecosystems, boost food security, and strengthen climate resilience from the ground up.

Leadership & Advocacy

At Inuka, we champion community-led advocacy to influence policies in health, gender, climate, education, and youth empowerment. We ensure communities — especially youth and women — lead change. Through evidence, storytelling, and collaboration, we amplify local voices in budget-making and policy spaces. Our tools include petitions, policy briefs, and creative arts — all rooted in research and lived experience to drive meaningful, lasting impact.

Livelihood & Social Enterprise

We equip youth — especially young women and survivors — with practical skills, financial literacy, and leadership tools to build resilient futures. Through Village Savings and Loaning Groups, poultry and agribusiness, entrepreneurship training, and civic engagement platforms, we promote economic independence and social impact. Our goal is a generation of empowered, self-reliant youth leading change in their communities.
